I have found no attorney that has more understanding and knowledge regarding the realm of short sales and short sale investing than Jeff Watson. He is gracious with his time, and knowledge. As certain hick-ups come about with short sale transactions, the author is so right on – Jeff is a guy you should have in your favorites, even better your speed dial. He knows his stuff. Attended the House Wars Fix a Flip program on Dec 3 thru December 5 and I spoke with Jeff and he said that he was doing a webinar on December 16 on Asset Protection and LLC set up. I have not seen any further information on this. Please contact me ASAP and tell me when the webinar will be.

I have attended DC Faucett and Karen Hanovers short sale bootcamps and now I am being advised as a Missouri resident I can not perform any of these real estate transactions legally unless I get my realestate license or I am the homeowner.
