Welcome to Watson’s blog. For those of you that don’t know anything about me, a little bit of biographical information is included in my profile. The purpose of this blog is to make certain types of information available to real estate investors so that the investors will experience more success and have greater confidence in doing their transactions.
As the industry changes or as current events dictate, I will post when appropriate. Much more information is also available on the strategicrealestatecoach.com blog and website.

Jeff, you were awesome tonight. I feel sorry for those who missed the webinar. Could you please post the statement you suggested on the cover letter and in the option contract regarding “fee simple abosulte” title. Thanks.

Why does it show up on my I.E. tab as “Watson’s Blog”?
Jeff, THANK YOU for the information that you shared on the call with Cory Boatright tonight! That was by far the best call that I have attended in many years of listening to “the experts” of the R.E. industry.
By the way, I believe that you were DEAD ON in what you shared about the “produce the note” movement. I also wanted to find out what you knew about Forensic Mortgage Loan Audits and their effectiveness. Your tips on IRS Pub. 4681, Form 982 was very timely. From all of us out here trying to make the world a better place I again offer many Thanks for what you do!
Thanks. Excellent. I would like to know if these same concepts apply to the commercial real estate world. I imagine the concepts are identical, and the only items that may change are the final sale of a commercial property, and any contractual issues of recourse that were embedded in the loan documents.
Thanks again. JCE
